摘要 采用多步种子乳液聚合法合成了以BA、EHA、BDA为核组分,MMA、EA、BDA为壳组分的核-壳聚丙烯酸酯(ACR)乳液,制备了ACR存在下的氯乙烯(VC)接枝乳液共聚胶乳。讨论了ACR乳液用量对共聚胶乳粒径及共聚树脂力学性能的影响,用SEM、TEM、DMA对共聚物材料的结构进行了表征。结果表明:VC在ACR粒子表面聚合增长,DMA证明其两相之间有较好的相容性。随着ACR含量的增加,低温处材料的tgδ峰变宽并移向高温。含7 3%ACR共聚物的缺口抗冲击强度为纯PVC的14倍,TEM照片清楚显示:ACR在基体PVC中具有高度的分散性,两相界面模糊。 The core-shell polyacrylate latex was synthesized by multi steps seeded emulsion polymerization.Butyl acrylate(BA)?2-ethylhexylacrylate(EHA) and 1,4-butanediol diacrylate(BDA) were used as components of ACR core,and methyl methacrylate(MMA)?ethyl acrylate(EA) and BDA were employed as components of ACR shell.ACR-VC emulsion copolymers were prepared with ACR latex as seed.Effects of the ACR latex content on the latex particle size and mechanical properties of materials were investigated.Structure of the ACR-VC material was characterized with SEM,TEM and DMA.The results indicate that PVC macromolecular chains propagated on the surface of ACR particles.DMA shows that ACR and PVC had good compatibility.As ACR content increased,the tgδ peak of the copolymer in low temperature range became wider than that of pure PVC,and the tgδ peak position shifted to higher temperature range.The notched impact strength of the copolymer with 7 3% ACR content was 14 times that of pure PVC.TEM photograph clearly showed that ACR dispersed highly in PVC matrix,and the interface between phases was indistinct.
