摘要
利用GPC、13CNMR和DSC热分级等手段分析了进口和国产己烯共聚中密度聚乙烯管材专用料的结构与性能,进口PE80级管材专用料A、专用料B的支化度和结晶序列长度分布基本一致,但相对分子质量及相对分子质量分布不同,齐鲁石化公司开发的聚乙烯管材专用料C有达到或超过PE80级专用料的可能。
Structure and properties of imported and domestic hexene copolymerized medium density polyethylene pipe resin were analyzed by means of GPC, 13 C NMR and DSC heat analysis.The branching degree and sequence length distribution of crystal of imported PE80 grade pipe resin A and B are uniform,but their relative molecular mass and relative molecular mass distribution are quite different.The properties of polyethylene pipe resin C developed by Qilu Petrochemical Company can attain or exceed that of PE80.
