摘要
面对WTO的挑战 ,我国国有企业市场竞争力还不够强。本文就国有企业产权制度改革的有关问题作了些探讨和论述 ,并结合江泽民同志在十六大报告中提出的改革精神 ,提出了有实效性的可操作性建议。
Facing challenges brought by China's WTO entry, the competitive power of China's SOEs remains to be improved. The paper comes up with pracitcable suggestions on the reform of properity right institution for China's SOEs.
