近年来 ,随着假冒伪劣商品的泛滥 ,产品欺诈问题成了人们谈论最多、关心最切的热门话题。产品欺诈行为屡禁不止 ,屡打不绝 ,严重扰乱市场秩序 ,侵犯了消费者的合法权益。有道是 ,伪劣不惩 ,改革不成 ;伪劣不治 ,民愤难平。

Recent years,the spreading of commodity fraudulence and inferior commodities, which not only seriously raided the market but also infringed the legal right of consummers, attracted raising attention of the public and became a popular topic that dominated people's daily talking. But all the efforts that has been made to tackle the problem as yet failed to eliminate this kind of illegal behaviors.It was said that the objective of reform can hardly be achieved without punishing those responsible for commodity fraudulence and inferior commodities and pacifying the anger of ordinary poeple toward them.
