亚低温预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 我们采用大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,在缺血开始前即应用亚低温,模拟神经外科手术中往常面临的缺血情况,研究亚低温预处理的作用效果与缺血时程的关系,为今后亚低温在实验研究和临床应用的范围提供依据.
