病人和医生对“病人选医生”的意向

Intentions of Patient and Doctor for Patient Choosing Doctor.

文章调查了济南市已实行“病人选医生”的 3所三级医院的医生和病人对“病人选医生”重要性的认识及公布医生各种信息的重要性 ,结果显示 :绝大多数病人及多数医生支持“病人选医生” ,认为最重要的信息是医生擅长的疾病、擅长的手术和操作、医生从医年限、职称 ;重要性稍低且病人与医生评价有差别的是 2 0 0 1年平均处方费用、反映病人对医生满意度的指标、医生近几年从事的科研、获得的奖励等。医院对“病人选医生”尚没有引起足够重视 ,政策不配套 ,向病人公布的信息太少 ,渠道单一 ,病人实现选医生的较少。文章针对存在的问题提出了对策建议。

We surveyed cognitions of patients and doctors for the importance of patient choosing doctor and importance of opening doctor's all kinds of information in three tertiary hospitals where patient choosing doctor has been carried out. The results show that most of patients and many doctors support patient choosing doctor. They think that most important information are diseases that a doctor is good at treating, operation that a doctor is skilled in, career time, professional title, recent researches, achievement, and so on. However, hospitals do not pay enough attention to patient choosing doctor. The relevant policies are not perfect; little information is opened to patient; channel is simplistic and there are few patients who really choose doctor. Aimed at these problems, the authors put forward some countermeasures.
