摘要
目的 :观察两种不同工艺制剂的脑安胶囊 (新型及传统型 )对血小板聚集的影响。方法 :大鼠 60只 ,随机分为 6组 ,每组 10只 ,分别为空白对照组 ( 0 .9%氯化钠溶液 ) ,新型脑安胶囊低剂量组 ( 40mg·kg 1 )和高剂量组 ( 80mg·kg 1 ) ,传统型脑安胶囊低剂量组 ( 40mg·kg 1 )和高剂量组 ( 80mg·kg 1 ) ,阿司匹林组 ( 30 0mg·kg 1 ) ;实验药物经口灌胃 ,每日1次 ,连续给药 3d后取血测定血小板的聚集率。结果 :新型脑安胶囊高剂量对血小板聚集抑制率超过传统型脑安胶囊高剂量 (P <0 .0 1) ,两种脑安胶囊高剂量对血小板聚集抑制率均超过阿司匹林 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective:To study the effect of two different preparations of Naoan capsules the modified as well as traditional type on platelet aggregation in the rat. Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, with 10 animals in each group. Rats of the 6 groups were fed different drugs administersed into the stomachs by peroral catheters q.d. for 3 consecutive days according to the following scheme: group A (blank control), rats were given 0.9% sodium chloride solution; group B; 40 mg·kg -1·rats -1(low dose) of modigied Naoan capsules; group C, 80 mg·kg -1·rats -1(high dose) of modified Naoan capsules; group D, 40 mg·kg -1·rats -1(low dose) of traditional Naoan capsules; group E, 80 mg·kg -1·rats -1 (high dose) of traditional Naoan capsules; group F, 300 mg·kg -1·rats -1 of aspirin. Blood samples were then taken taken from the rats for assey of platelet aggregation. Results:Modified Naoan capsules in high dose were shown to exert a much stronger inhibition of platelet aggregation than traditional Naoan capsules (P<0.01). Both modified and traditional Naoan capsules were found to exert stronger inhibition of platelet aggregation than aspirin (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Naoan capsules were shown to exert a much stronger inhibition of platelet aggregation than traditional ones.
