高效液相色谱法测定槐花散中芦丁的含量

Content Determination of Rutin in Huaihuasan (Sophora Powder) with HPLC

目的 :建立槐花散汤剂中芦丁含量的高效液相色谱测定法。方法 :以Hypersil C1 8为色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 冰醋酸 ( 40∶5 7.5∶2 .5 ) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :该法在 12 .1～ 12 10 .0 μg·mL 1 间有良好线性关系 ,相关系数 (r) =0 .9999,精密度 (RSD) =1.5 4% ,高、低浓度回收率分别为 10 0 .18% ,99.2 0 %。结论 :本方法简便可行 。

Objective:To set up a HPLC method for determining the content of rutin in Huaihuasan decoction. Method:A Hypersil-C 18 column was used for separation. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-acetic acid(40∶57.5∶2.5), the detection wavelength set at 254 nm. Results:A good linear relationship was found within the range of 12.1～1 210.0 μg·mL -1 of rutin; the correlation coefficient was 0.999 89, and the RSD, 1.54%, The rates of recovery at high and low concentration were 100.18% and 99.20%, respectively. Conclusion:The method was shown to be simple convenient and feasible, and the results reliable.
