神经根型颈椎病三维CT诊断的临床相关性研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的 探讨神经根型颈椎病三维 CT诊断的临床价值。方法 有神经根症状的颈椎病患者 2 8例 ,男 17例 ,女 11例 ,平均 5 3岁 ,通过三维 CT对椎间孔的狭窄作出评诂 ,并与临床表现相比较。结果 椎间孔狭窄与神经根性症状之间有较好的对应关系 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,符合率为 86 .3%。结论 在神经根型颈椎病中 ,椎间孔的大小与临床表现密切相关 ,三维 Objective To study clinical value of Three Dimensional Computerized Tomography in Diagnosing spondylotic radiculopathy Methods We study 28 patients with spondylotic radiculopathys there were 17 men and 11 women,the average age was 53 years,ranged from 34 to 76 years Foraminal stenosis were assessed by 3DCT The result were compared with clinical symptom Results There were no statistically significant differences(P>0 05)between Foraminal stenosis and clinical symptom and the Coherence was the 86 3% Conclusion There are high correlation beween foraminal areas and clinical symptom In spondylotic radiculopathy 3 DCT will have a good prospect in clinical application
