Policy analysis on strengthening maternal and children health care in Changzhou Areas

该文旨在研究如何进一步加强和改进常州地区妇幼保健工作。研究将常州妇幼保健工作可能存在难点归纳为八个方面 ,通过文献归纳和专家咨询构建调查表 ,调查了从事妇幼保健工作领导 99人 ,通过意向分析明确了常州地区妇幼保健工作存在的主要难点 ,以及进一步加强妇幼保健工作所需前提条件和政策措施。

This paper aimed to study how to further improve the maternal and child health care in Changzhou areas. The possible existed difficulties in maternal and child health care in Changzhou areas were reduced to eight parts. The methods of literatures review and experts consultation were applied to develop intention questionnaires. 99 persons who were managing the maternal and child health care services in Changzhou were interviewed face to face with the structured questionnaires. With the help of intention survey, the key difficulties in the maternal and child health care in Changzhou and the needed preconditions and policies were proposed.
