益心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Yixin Decoction on Viral Myocarditis

目的 :观察益心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 180例病毒性心肌炎随机分为两组 ,治疗组 15 0例 ,给予益心汤治疗 ;对照组 3 0例 ,给予能量合剂加肌苷静脉输注 ,口服泛癸利酮 (辅酶Q10 )和吗啉胍 (病毒灵 ) ,两组疗程均为 3周 ,观察两组治疗前后症状、体征和谷草转氨酶 (AST)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK)及其同工酶 (CK -MB)、心电图的变化。结果 :益心汤在改善病人临床症状 ,纠正异常心电图、降低血清心肌酶等方面优于对照组。结论

Objective:In order to observe the clinical effect of Yixin Decoction in treating viral myocarditis patients.Methods:180 patients of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the 150 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yixin Decoction and 30 patients in the control group were treated with A.T.P,Conenzyme A,Vc,Inosine Pranobex for ivgtt,and CoQ 10 ,Moroxydini,Hyrochloridum for oral use.The therapeutic course for both groups was 3 weeks.To observe the changes of their symptoms,signs,asparate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine phosphokinase(CK),creatine phosphokinase coenzyme(CK-MB),electrocardiogram(ECG) before and after treatment.Results:The Yixin Decoction was more effective than the control group in improving clinical symptoms,adjusting the abnormal ECG,lowering the serum Level of myocardial enzymcs.Conclusion:It is suggested that Yixin Decoction is an effective medicine in treating viral myocarditis.
