与细胞信号转导途径相关的抗银屑病药物作用靶点 被引量：1

摘要 信号途径的异常是许多恶性和非恶性增殖性疾病的起源 ,由此引发出“信号转导治疗”的概念。对银屑病发病机制中与细胞增殖有关的生长因子类信号Ras转导通路、细胞因子类信号JAKs STATs转导途径和与银屑病炎症相关的细胞信号转导途径中相关的。
