白介素-18在皮肤病中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 白介素 - 18是新近发现的一种炎性细胞因子 ,其结构类似于白介素 - 1家族 ,有着复杂的生物学功能 ,对辅助性T细胞 1型和 2型免疫反应均有调节作用。角质形成细胞表达白介素- 18,作为白介素 - 18的主要来源之一。皮肤中白介素 - 18的升高或降低与多种皮肤疾病有着密切的关系。
