健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

The Effect of Health Education on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的 了解健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease,COPD)患者的相关知识、行为及自理能力的影响。方法 对 30名COPD老年患者在健康教育前、健康教育结束时及结束后 2个月分别进行相关知识、行为 (包括吸烟、呼吸方式及生活习惯 )和自理能力进行测定。结果 教育前、后知识及行为中的吸烟、呼吸方式改变明显 ,行为中的每日锻炼次数有改变 ,而行为中的其他生活习惯及自理能力无明显改变。结论 健康教育能很好地促进COPD患者掌握防护知识 ,增进应对疾病的有效行为 。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on knowledge,behavior, and activities of daily living(ADL) of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 30 COPD patients were investigated before and after health education,and 2 months after health education with regard to knowledge,behavior (including smoking, breathing way, and life style), and ADL.Results There were significant differences in knowledge, smoking, and breathing ways of actions, and there was difference in frequency of exercises, but no differences were found in other life styles and ADL before and after health education.Conclusion Health education could improve COPD patients’ knowledge and effective actions, and therefore enhance their physical and psychic health.
