5%碘伏小毛巾擦拭安瓿效果、数量与引入药液微粒量的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 对 0 .5 %碘伏小毛巾擦拭安瓿量对引入药液微粒量进行实验研究。方法 实验一 :检测 0 .5 %碘伏小毛巾和 75 %乙醇棉签擦拭安瓿引入药液微粒量的差异性 ;实验二 :0 .5 %碘伏小毛巾 1块连续擦拭 10支安瓿为 1批 ,随机将其中的 1,3,5 ,7,10支安瓿分成 5个实验组 ,分别进行微粒检测。并进行每擦拭 1支安瓿所需时间测定。结果  1.两种材料间引入药液微粒量的差异无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5。 2 .五组间安瓿微粒量差异无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5。3.碘伏小毛巾擦拭 1支安瓿所需时间为 4 .5s。结论  0 .5 %碘伏小毛巾擦拭消毒是省时、有效的方法 ,且节约卫生资源 ,可以替代 75 Objective A method of using 0.5%povidone iodine(PVP Ⅰ)small towels for ampoule antisepsis was evaluated to determine its safety and efficacy in the prevention of particle pollution of ampoules.Methods The experiments were performed by using 0.5%PVP I small towels(study group)or traditional 75% ethyl alcohol cotton sticks(control group)for ampoule antisepsis.In the study group,0.5%PVP I small towels were used to sterilize 10 consecutive ampoules and No.1,3,5,7 and 10 ampoules were detected for the number of particles.The time required for each antiseptic procedure was recorded.The differences in the number of particles between each group were recorded,and the ampoules were tested by analysis of variance.Results There were no significant differences in the amount of particle pollution of ampoules between the two treatments(P>0.05)and among ampoules in the study group(P>0.05).The time needed for the antiseptic procedure in the study group was 4 5 s.Conclusion The present study suggests that the method of using 0.5%PVP I small towels for ampoule antisepsis was safe and effective in the prevention of particle pollution of ampoules,which might replace the conventional 75% ethyl alcohol cotton stick method.
