自配药液对防治鼻咽癌放疗后口咽粘膜反应的观察

Observation of the Compound Solution in the Prevention and Treatment of Oral and Oropharyngeal Mucosa Lesions of Patients with Nasopharyngeal Cancer after Radiotherapy

目的 观察自制药液 (含鸡蛋清、维生素E、萄葡糖酸锌 )防治鼻咽癌放疗后口咽粘膜反应的效果。方法 将90例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 4 5例。从放疗开始至结束 ,治疗组 4次 /d口含自制药液并缓慢吞服 ,对照组用 0 .2 %呋喃西林溶液漱口。观察两组口咽粘膜反应情况。结果 治疗组重度口咽膜反应显著低于对照组。

Objective To observe the effect of the compound solution containing egg white,vitamin E and zinc gluconate on oral and oropharyngeal mucosa lesions of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer(NPC)after radiotherapy.Methods 90 NPC patients treated by radiotherapy were randomized into two groups(n=45):a treament group keeping the compound solution in mouth four times each day and swallowing it slowly during radiotherapy and a control group gargling with 0.2% furacilin solution.The mucosa lesions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of severe lesions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The compound solution can be used to prevent and treat severe lesions of patients with NPC after radiotherapy effectively.
