利用输入信号降低测控系统功耗

摘要 为了能够使单片机测控系统用电池供电 ,而且长时间 (如 1年以上 )保持连续工作的状态 ,迫切要求大幅度降低系统功耗。通过实践研究 ,找到了一种巧妙利用外部输入信号降低单片机测控系统功耗的方法。实际应用发现节能效果极佳。用 6V 7Ah的蓄电池供电 ,一般的单片机测控系统可在 1~ 2年内不换电池连续工作。利用脉冲流量信号降低系统功耗的方法 ,是用 3V低电压给流量脉冲信号的检测、放大、计数等少数低功耗CMOS电路供电 ,在计数到一定值 (如 2h)之后启动 +5V供电部分 ,给系统的其他功耗较大部分 (如单片机、其他信号的A/D、显示等 )供电。在完成应作的其他任务之后 ,单片机输出一个信号给供电电路使其切断包括单片机在内的 +5V供电 。 In order to make it possible that using battery in microcontroller measuring and controlling system and remaining the system working on for long time (a year, for example), the reducing of the system's power in big degrees was needed imminently. By practice and study, a method of reducing the power of microcontroller measuring and controlling system has been found by using the input signal. Practice proved that its effect of economizing energy was very well. With using the 6?V and 7?Ah storage battery, the general microcontroller measuring and controlling system will keep working on continually in one to two years without replacing the storage battery. Applying the method of using the flux's pulse signal to reduce the system's power, supplying 3?V to a few low power CMOS circuits of flux's pulse signal such as measuring circuit, magnifying, counting and so on, then counting to a certain number (2 h, for example) the part of +5?V supplying is started up to supply electricity to the other big power parts (microcontroller, the other signal's A/D and display etc, for example). After finishing the other tasks that it should be done, the microcontroller outputs a signal to supply electricity circuit to break off the +5?V supplying that contain the microcontroller's +5?V in order that the microcontroller measuring and controlling system's power is reduced when the system keeps working on for long time.
