Alzhemer's病患者脂蛋白(a)与血小板活化因子的变化

A STUDY ON LIPOPROTEIN(A) AND PLATELET ACTIVATING FACTOR IN ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE

目的 探讨Alzhemer s病 (AD)患者脂蛋白 (a)脂蛋白及血小板活化因子的变化及相互关系。方法 检测 4 0例AD患者的脂蛋白水平与血小板活化因子的改变 ,并设对照组。结果 AD组脂蛋白水平 ?(中位数 )为 (391 4 6mg/L)较对照组 (15 5 6 1mg/L)显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;AD组血小板活化因子为 (177±4 9)nmol/L较对照组 (133± 4 0 )nmol显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;脂蛋白与血小板活化因子存在正相关关系。结论 高水平的脂蛋白与血小板活化因子是AD的重要致病因素 。

Objective To study the change and relations hi p of lipoprotein(a) 〔Lp(a)〕and platelet activating factor (PAF) in Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods Lp(a) level and PAF activity were detecte d in 40 cases of AD and 50 normal elderly people.Results The Lp(a) level of AD(391.46mg/L)was elevated than that in the conrtol group(155.61mg/L,P<0.01). The PAF level in AD(1 77±49)nmol/L was significantly higher than that in the control group(133±40)nm ol/L(P<0.01).There was positive correlation between Lp(a) level and PAF activity in plasma.Conclusion The high level of Lp(a)and activated PAF may play an ipportant role in AD,and Lp(a)level was closely associated with PAF activation.
