摘要
目的 :研究红毛五加总甙 (TGA)的抗炎机制。方法 :sc角叉菜胶 (Car)复制大鼠背部气囊滑膜炎模型 ,测定TNF、NO及MDA等含量。结果 :TGA能明显降低灌洗液中TNF、NO、MDA含量 ,提高炎细胞内cAMP的含量。结论 :TGA抗炎机制与抑制灌洗液中炎性细胞因子TNF、NO水平而增加炎细胞内cAMP含量及消除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化有关。
Object: To study the mechanism of anti inflammatory action of total glucosides of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (TGA). Methods: Rat air pouch acute inflammatory model was used by sc injection of carrageenan (Car 25mg/kg). Results: TGA inhibited the rise of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and nitric oxide (NO) and molondialdehyde (MDA) centent in the perfusate and rised cAMP level in inflammatory cells. Conclusion: The mechanism of anti inflammatory action of TGA are related to the reduction of TNF and NO and MDA contents, and increase cAMP content.
