摘要 目的 :探讨蜈蚣对动脉粥样硬化家兔血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法 :用高脂饲喂建立家兔动脉粥样硬化硬化模型 ,预防性给予蜈蚣治疗 ,连续 12周。观察血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,丙二醛 (MDA) ,一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET) ,采用流式细胞术及免疫荧光技术检测血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)的表达量 ,并观察其主动脉血管病理变化。结果 :蜈蚣治疗后SOD、NO明显升高 ,MDA、ET降低 ,VEGF的表达量显著下降 ,与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论 :蜈蚣可通过调节NO/ET的平衡 ,抑制VEGF的表达 ,防止内皮细胞的增殖 ,提示蜈蚣具有保护血管内皮细胞的功能。 Objective: To explore the effect of Centipede on vascular endothelial cells function in atherosclerosis rabbit. Methods: An atherosclerosis model was established by feeding high cholesterol. Accroding circumstance the rabbit was divided into four group (evry group have 8 ribbit). Centipede was used during the process. After twelve weeks, SOD?MDA?NO and ET were observed. VEGF expression was studied quantitatively using flow cytometry and immunofluorescence technique. Results: After Centipede treatment VEGF expression decreased. SOD?NO increased, MDA?ET decreased. Conclusion: By adjust balance of NO/ET Centipede could inhibit VEGF expression in endothelial cells and prevent vascular endothelial cells proliferation. It is Suggested that Centipede could protect vascular endothelial cells.
