聚合物锂离子电池的研制成功主要基于3大技术的突破,即制膜技术、层压技术和软包装技术。文章着重叙述了软包装技术和软包装材料对电池的影响;介绍了聚合物锂离子电池对软包装材料的一般要求,以及软包装材料的包装工艺;描绘了软包装材料的发展趋势。

The research and production success is due to three technic al breakthro ughs,that are mem-brane-making techndogy,layer-pre ssing techn ology and soft package te chnology.The effect of soft packages technology and i ts materials on performances of polymer lithium-ion batteries were introduced i n this pa-per.The generals requirements of polymer batteries for softs package s materials and packages process were reported too.The development prosp ect of polymer batteries were analyzed briefly.
