摘要
通过成分及化学相分析、XRD、FT -IR、白度及粒度分析研究了沸石催化剂厂的液渣化学组成、粒度、白度、化学稳定性和热稳定性 ,在此基础上对聚丙烯 /干渣的复合体性能进行了测试。结果表明 :其有效组分和各项物化指标均适合于作为塑料的填料 ,聚丙烯 /干渣的复合体性能超过了聚丙烯
In this paper,chemistry and chemical phase analysis,XRD、FT IR,white degree and size measurements were used to study the compositions,size,white degree,chemical and physical stability of zeolite catalyst liquid residue.Based on above analysis,the characteristics of compound of polypropylene/dry residue were determined.Test results indicated that its effective compositions and physical chemical index were suited well for the filler of plastic,and the characteristics of the compound of polypropylene/dry residue exceed the polypropylene/lime carbonate.
