摘要
球磨机是加工矿粉的重要设备 ,衬板是球磨机上的关键备件 ,其耐磨性直接影响磨机效率和粉料研磨成本。普通高锰钢衬板加工硬化效果差 ,耐磨性低 ,使用寿命短 ,更换频繁。我国钨资源丰富 ,以钨为主要合金元素 ,开发了钨合金白口铸铁衬板。钨合金白口铸铁脆性大 ,直接制造衬板易断裂 ,研究了碱金属元素 K、Na对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,钨合金白口铸铁经 K、Na变质处理后 ,共晶碳化物由网状分布变成断网状、团球状分布 ,碳化物明显细化和分布均匀化 ,碳化物形态的改善导致钨合金白口铸铁的冲击韧性和抗冲击磨损性能明显提高。变质钨合金白口铸铁衬板应用于球磨机研磨矿粉 ,使用安全、可靠 ,寿命达到高锰钢衬板的
A ball mill is an important device to process ore powder.A liner is a key part in the ball mill and its wear resistance has a direct effect on the efficiency of the ball mill and grinding cost of the powder.Conventional high manganese steel liner has poor process hardening effect,low wear resistance,short service life and high changing rate.Our country is rich in tungsten resources.Taking tungsten as the main alloy element,tungalloy white cast iron liner is developed.The cast iron of high fragileness is fragile if it is used to manufacture liner.Influence of alkali metal element K and Na on structure and performance of the cast iron is studied.The results show that eutectic carbide changed from net distribution to fractured net state and ball state distribution after the cast iron was metamorphosed using K and Na.Carbide is clearly thinned and the distribution is even.Improvement of the carbide state results in clear enhancement of impact toughness and impact resistant wear performance of the cast iron.The metamorphosed tungalloy white cast iron liner is used to grind ore powder in the ball mill.The cast iron liner is safe and reliable in the production and its service life is above 3 times longer than the high manganese steel liner.
