摘要
产品的快速变型设计需要建立合理的产品结构模型。根据产品变型设计的特点和配置管理的需求,提出一种基于装配拓扑树和零件拓扑树的产品结构模型,描述了产品及其零部件之间的并、或、异或等约束关系和选择条件,并以面向对象的方法构造了产品结构模型类。该模型的建立为实现快速变型设计提供了良好的基础。
Rapid Product Design(RPD) needs a logical product structure model. According to the characteristics and the requirement of product deployment management, a product structure model was investigated based on the assembly topology tree and the part topology tree. The model described the constraint relations and the selection conditions between the components and parts, and by using the object-oriented method, the product model classes were built up. The foundation of the model established a good base for the RPD.
