摘要
目前,工艺失效模式与影响分析软件都是一种简单的表格/表单填写形式,不能充分地表示、组织和利用企业生产过程中关于工艺失效分析的知识和经验,更不能与CAD/CAPP/CAM系统集成,支持计算机辅助产品开发。为此,提出了一个集成的工艺失效知识表示模型,该模型由工艺失效问题、原因与影响、解决措施三部分组成,能够与产品模型和工艺过程模型建立联系。采用基于"概念距离"的工艺失效知识相似度算法,充分利用工艺失效知识,基于Web技术开发了工艺失效模式与影响分析工具,支持产品开发小组工作。
Most available process Failure Mode&Effect Analysis(FMEA) software simply filled out the worksheet/form, and could not express, organize and utilize knowledge and experience about the process failures analysis in manufacturing process. Moreover, they were not able to integrate with CAD/CAPP/CAM systems. In this paper, a new comprehensive and structured representation model for process FMEA is proposed, which consists of:(1)process failure problems,(2)causes and effects and(3)correction actions. It can be effectively linked with the product information model and process information model. In addition, in order to make full use of the process failure knowledge, an algorithm to calculate the similarity among process failure problems based on 'concept distance' is employed. The Web technology is applied to develop a process FMEA tool, so as to provide cooperative process FMEA services during computer aided product development.
