摘要
华东江苏 5 0 0kV石牌变电站计算机监控系统采用了分布式结构设计方案 ,站控层和间隔层之间采用D2 0 0通讯处理机进行通讯 ,实现了调度端、站控层和就地层对站内各类设备的监控。针对 5 0 0kVABB公司SMS保护管理机采用串行口通讯自动收集各保护单元故障报告的特点 ,提出了它和监控系统的接口方案 ,即后台主机和ABB公司SMS之间采用FTP方式通讯 ,来自动传输保护故障报告。调试过程中发现的 2台D2 0 0冷备用方式运行等问题在变电站正式投运前都得到了解决。经过专家测试 。
In the computer supervisory control system (CSCS) of 500 kV ShiPai substation the scheme of distributed structure design is used,it adopte the D200 (communication processor) between station control level and bay control level.The devices in the substation can be supervised and controlled by the dispatch center,the station and the local site.According to the SMS characteristics of receiving the fault report of protection units automatically through serial port,the interface scheme between CSCS and relay protection is shown,it is that the protection fault reports is automatically transmitted and displayed in alarm window of the dispatcher workstation using FTP communication between host computer and SMS.The question of two sets of D200 cold backup running mode is solved during the commission.The index of system has been satisfied with the contract by the specialist's testing.
