摘要
研究了以二甲基硫醚和双氧水为主要原料 ,制取二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)的工艺过程。考察各类工艺条件对二甲基亚砜收率的影响 ,得最适宜反应条件 :反应温度为 2 5~ 3 5°C,双氧水流量 1 .5m L/min,二甲基硫醚和双氧水的配比 0 .6∶ 1 .0 (体积比 ) ,反应时间为 4.5 h,DMSO的收率为98.5 %。
The technological process of synthesizing DMSO with DMS and H 2O 2 were studied. The effect of experimental conditions on the yield for DMSO was investigated. The optimal conditions are: reaction temperature, 25~35 °C; velocity of H 2O 2 flow, 1.5 mL/min; volume ratio of DMS to H 2O 2, 0.6∶1.0; reaction time, 4.5 h. The yield of DMOS reached 98.5%.
