摘要 报道了Pd 与碘离子进行氧化还原反应生成游离碘使异硫氰酸荧光素荧光猝灭 ,借此异硫氰酸荧光素为荧光指示剂间接测定钯的新方法。在pH 6 .0 0的条件下 ,异硫氰酸荧光素的最大激发波长为 4 85nm ;最大发射波长为 5 15nm。钯含量在 2 0~ 2 0 0ng L范围内与体系的荧光强度有良好的线性关系 ;检出限为 6 .4ng L。本法具有灵敏度高、费用低、操作简便、快速等优点 ,用于样品分析 ,结果令人满意。 A simple and sensitive fluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of palladium with fluorescein isothiocyanate as a fluorescence reagent, with maximum excitation and emission wavelength at 485 nm and 515 nm respectively. This method is based on the oxidation-reduction reaction between Pd(II) and iodide ion under the condition of pH 6.00 to form an iodine elementary substance which qunches the fluorescent intensity of fluorescein isothiocyanate. The calibration graph is linear over the range of 20 similar to 200 ng/L Pd(II). The detection limit is 6.4 ng/L. The proposed method has been used to determine Pd(II) in samples with satisfactory results..
