摘要
建立了顶空气相色谱测定河流沉积物中可酸挥发硫化物的方法。顶空色谱峰面积 (A)与硫含量存在双对数线性关系 :logA =2 .0 0 7logC(μg) +2 .6 35 ,相关系数为 0 .997,直线斜率与理论值一致 ,线性高度显著。 5次测定某沉积物可酸挥发硫化物含量 2 .12 7mg kg ,相对标准偏差为 7.4 4 %。测定结果与标准方法比较 ,相对误差为 0 .5 %。该方法简单 ,结果准确 。
An accurate and simple method has been developed to determine the acid-volatile sulfide (AVS) in river sediment using static headspace gas chromatography method. Hydrogen sulfide produced from the reaction of 1:1 sulfuric acid and sediment in the headspace vial was determined by using the flame photometry detector. The linear regression equation between the log A (peak area) and logC (AVS concentration) is logA = 2.007 log C(mug) + 2.635 with correlation coefficient of 0.997. The result of determination of AVS in the river sediments is 2.13 mg/kg with RSD of 7.4 % (n = 5). Compared with that of the standard method, the relative error is 0.5 %.
