摘要 采用新型的紫外、荧光衍生试剂咔唑 9 乙基氯甲酸酯 ,对 15种脂肪醇柱前衍生的反应条件 ,包括反应温度、催化剂的选择、衍生化时间等 ,进行了考察。结果表明 :催化剂选用吡啶 ,反应温度 80℃ ,时间 15min ,衍生化具有最大且恒定的检测响应。利用高效液相色谱对衍生产物进行分析 ,同时对衍生物的分离进行了优化选择 ,达到了较好的基线分离。检测限为 13.3~ 93.5nmol L。 A novel fluorescence and ultraviolet labelling reagent, 2-(9-carbazole)-ethyl chloroformate, has been utilized as pre-column derivatization reagent for 15 aliphatic alcohols. The optimal derivatization conditions were investigated,. The results indicate that the derivatizing temperature is at 80degreesC and reaction time is 15 min and pyridine is used as catalyst. high performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detector was studied as a means of separation and determination of alcohols. The derivative baseline resolution has been acuired by optimizing separation condition. The limit of detection is 13.3similar to93.5 nmol/L.
