非对称共面波导特性参数的时域反射测量

Time domain measurement for asymmetric coplanar wave-guides with conductor backing

摘要 提出了采用时域反射测量方法测量背敷金属化层非对称共面波导的特性参数.介绍了测量不连续点特性阻抗和传输线有效介电常数的原理与方法,给出了测量背敷金属化层非对称共面波导的实验结果和有关数据,对实验进行了说明,并对实验结果及其误差进行了分析. Time domain measurement for asymmetric coplanar waveguides with conductor backing is presented in this paper. The methods for measuring the characteristic impendence and the effective permittivity of coplanar waveguideswith conductor backing by time domain measurement are introduced. The experimental results and data of the measurements are given. Conditions related to the measurement are explained. And the experimental results and errors are discussed.
