摘要
介绍了以玉米芯为母体,以阳离子醚化剂为改性剂,合成阳离子型改性高分子絮凝剂CNPF的方法,并对该絮凝剂的性能进行了研究.通过正交实验选择最佳条件,反应温度50℃、时间3h.配料比:0.03mol阳离子试剂 5g玉米芯粉.同时以高岭土悬浊液为絮凝效果考察体系,探讨了CNPF的絮凝性能.结果表明,CNPF絮凝效果优于6水氯化铝.在实际应用中,对粘土污水体系的处理表明,CNPF具有良好的抗干扰能力.
A cationic natural polymer flocculant (CNPF) was prepared by reacting cationic reagent with the parent corn-core powder. The optimal preparation condition was studied and the CNPF's flocculating property was examined as well. CNPF was produced at 50℃ for 3 h by mixing 0.03 mol cationic reagent with 5g corn-core powder. The flocculating properties of CNPF were studied using a turbid kaolin solution. The experiment shows that CNPF has ideal turbidity removal efficiency and its performance is superior to that of inorganic coagulant (AC). In practical application, CNPF presents good anti-disturbance ability to clay suspension system.
