日本城市轨道交通的相关制度

JAPANESE INSTITUTIONS OF URBAN RAILWAY TRANSIT

我国城市轨道交通正处于快速发展时期 ,但相关的政策和制度尚不完备。日本是世界上城市轨道交通最发达的国家之一 ,本文介绍了日本在城市轨道交通建设的资金筹措、税制优惠及沿线土地开发方面的相关政策和制度 ,这对完善我国城市轨道交通建设的政策和制度有着积极的现实意义。根据我国的情况 ,本文提出了一些相应的建议。

The urban railway transit of our country is now in a rapid developing period, but we are lack of a perfect institution system about it. Japan is one of the countries with the most developed urban railway transit system in the world. This paper introduces the Japanese institutions about financing, tax system, and ground exploitation along the railway line in the constructions of urban railway transit. This will be helpful in formulating the instituions of our urban railway transit constructios. According to the situation of our country, some corresponding suggestions are presented.
