摘要
对钢轨闪光焊、气压焊和铝热焊进行火焰正火处理 ,并进行正火、未正火接头和钢轨母材的金相组织以及力学性能的对比。结果 :火焰正火处理明显细化原奥氏体晶粒 ,闪光焊、气压焊和铝热焊接头延伸率和冲击功提高 ,铝热焊接头抗拉强度明显提高。经火焰正火闪光焊和气压焊接头力学性能可以达到 TB/ T16 32
The flame normalizing treatments were put forward on steel rail with flash welding, gas pressure welding and aluminium heat welding. At the same time, the comparisons of metallographic organizations and mechanics properties among the normalized rail, non normalized rail and steel rail themselves were put forward also. The results show that through the flame normalizing treatment, the original austennitic crystalline grains may be fined obviously, the percentage elongation and the shock efficiency of rail joints with flash welding, gas pressure welding and aluminium heat welding may be raised, and the tensile strength of rail joints with aluminium heat welding may be enlarged obviously. And by the flame normalizing, the requirements of TB/T1632 1991 on the mechanics properties may be obtained for the rail joints with flash welding and gas pressure welding.
