通过对一则地下铁道工程施工招投标工作的失误在招投标过程、合同管理、监理工作、工程初验、工程结算五个方面引起的不良后果的分析 。

Through an example of serious consequences caused by the faults on the works during inviting and submitting construction tenders for a metro project,these serious consequences are analyzed from the following five aspects,such as the procedure of inviting and submitting the tenders,management of contracts,supervision works,preliminary examination of projects and the settlement of the projects.The importance of project management concerned with inviting and submitting of the tenders are expounded also in this paper.
