LABOURER MANAGEMENT OF RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

劳务管理是施工管理的一项基础性工作 ,也是一项复杂的工作。本文分析了铁路施工企业劳务管理的现状和存在的问题 ,提出综合考虑劳务企业的资质、技术水平、管理状况、施工业绩、资金保障能力等方面的因素 ,并结合企业自身的需要 ,选择和管理施工队伍 ,建立合格劳务企业等建议。

The labourer management is a kind of complex basic work of the construction management.The paper analyzes the present situation of the labourer management in railway construction enterprises and the existing problems.It proposes that the following factors should be considered comprehensively,such as the labourer enterprises qualifications, technical level, management situation,construction outstanding achievements, financial guarantee ability,etc.Combined with the requirements of the enterprise itself, the suggestions are proposed also concerned with selecting and managing the construction troops in order to establish a qualified labourer enterprise.
