论述我国西部图书馆的3个特色,探讨西部图书馆特色建设的具体途径。
Introduces three characteristics of libraries in western China and discusses the concrete ways for constructing characteristic libraries in western China: building characteristic collections, developing characteristic service, and building characteristic databases.
