摘要
论述知识管理与作为企业记忆重要组成部分的文件档案之间的关系。指出企业文件档案是企业重要的知识资源;企业文件档案管理是企业知识管理的重要内容,也是企业实现隐性知识价值的途径。
Mainly discusses the relationship between knowledge management and records and archives, which are the important parts of the enterprise memory. Enterprise records and archives are the main knowledge resource for an enterprise, enterprise records and archives management are not only the important content of the enterprise knowledge management, but also the approach to realize the value of recessive knowledge.
