全面介绍台湾著名图书馆学专家王振鹄先生在台《2001年图书馆年鉴》上发表的重要文章《图书馆法与图书馆事业之发展》的内容,评述了他对图书馆事业立法的理性认知和台湾图书馆法的基本结构及关键条款的立意,同时还重点介绍分析了后续工作中的重要文件——《各类型图书馆设立及营运标准(草案)》,可供关心台湾图书馆立法情况的同仁参考。

The article is the companion one of The Course of Drawing up and Carrying out ' Taiwan Library Law' which is published on the first issue in 2002 of Library Work and Study. It comprehensively introduces the celebrated library scientist Mr. Wang Zhengu' s essay The Development of Library Law and Library Undertakings which is published on The Library Yearbook of 2001 of Taiwan. It comments on the rational cognition about library law-making and on the elementary structure and the conception of key items of Taiwan library law. Meanwhile it introduces and analyzes the important document of the successive work The Establishment and Operation Standards of All Kinds of Libraries (Draft).
