The library open the suggestion box on the net, listen to the suggestions from the readers of every aspect with an open mind ,treat the readers' ideas in a right way, go deep to the opinions , correct them in earnest , so that it can not only satisfy the readers and improve the service level but also set up a good image of the library, and gain the benefit of the library to the full extent.
