摘要
在国内外工程项目管理中 ,常用的三种工程管理方式为传统总承包方式、设计建造方式和施工管理方式。分别从业主介入施工活动 ,设计人员参与工程管理 ,业主变更权力 ,工程责任划分 ,项目复杂性 ,项目进度快慢和项目成本的早期确定等方面分别对比分析常用的三种工程管理方式 。
Traditional general contract (TGC), design and build (DB), and construction management (CM) is three familiar engineering management approaches in international and domestic engineering projects. According to clients intervening construction, designers participating in engineering management, clients modification ability in projects, engineering duty clarification, engineering complexity, project scheduling, and early clarification of project cost, the three engineering management approaches are compared and analyzed, which will be of use in engineering management practices.
