From objectively analyzing the migrant psychological activity and character,this paper discusses the way to specifically grasp the psychological activity situation and the changable principle to do well in stabilizing the migrants' psychological situation.It undoubtedly has the important meaning to implement and execute the development_oriented migrant plan and improve migrant product and life quanlity.
