On the Innovational Spirit of the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC

党的十六大是一次高扬创新精神的大会,首先是指导思想的创新,把"三个代表"重要思想和马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论一道确立为我们党长期坚持的指导思想;其次是奋斗目标的创新,从现在起20年之内要全面建设小康社会;再次是发展思路的创新,进一步发展社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明,这样的发展必须有全新的思路;最后是党建工程的创新和思想路线的创新,党建工程的创新核心是执政的共产党怎样保持先进性的问题,思想路线的创新是与时俱进,开拓创新。

The Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC is of praising innovational spirit.The innovational spirit first appears as the innovation of leading ideas,under which,the important thinking of the three represents is established along with Marxism,Mao Ze-dong thought and deng Xiao-ping theory as the leading idea of the CPC for years to come.Secondly,it also appears as of the goal of the Party's working,iethe establishment of a fairly good society in China will be accomplished in about 20 years.Thirdly,it is of the thinking of development.It is apparent that China must have her own plans to develop for the further construction of the socialist civilization in material,politics and spirit.And lastly,it is of the Party's construction and of her theoretical route.The center of the former is how the CPC maintains her advanced nature as a ruling party.And that of the latter is how the Party catches up with the time and offers her development and innovation.
