摘要
本文介绍了采用国产六面顶压机研制锥球形金刚石强化柱齿的情况 ,并对样品进行了耐磨性、抗冲击性、热稳性测试及显微结构分析。该产品应用于单牙轮钻头在油田的使用情况表明可提高钻头总进尺 2 0 %以上。
This paper introduced the development of diamond enhanced conical inserts by using cubic press made in China and its application in single rolling cone bit in the oil field. The microstructure of the insert is investigated by means of SEM and X-ray. Technical parameters such as binder selection, synthetic pressure, sintered temperature and time are discussed in this paper.The impact strength ,wear resistance and thermostability of the diamond enhanced inserts is also tested.
