摘要
对超级铁精矿和普通铁精矿烧结矿显微组织研究证明:随着品位的提高,烧结矿中硅酸盐和铁酸盐粘结相大幅度降低,被粘结相整个包裹的磁铁矿和浮士体晶粒减少。为表征这种特性,提出一个具体公式。超级精矿烧结矿显微组织接近球团矿,强度较普通烧结矿和球团矿差。过细的超级精矿粉导致烧结设备生产率降低。精矿适宜选矿上限为65%—66%。
The microscopic study conducted on sinters from both super-grade and com-mon-use iron concentrates indicated that with the higher grade used the cohe-aive--phase silicates ferrites will depress markedly in sinters and the magne-tite wustite grains embraced in cohesive phase decrease.A numerical equationis therefore given to characterize the properties. It is found that the sinterfrom super-grade concentrates is similar to that of pellets in microstructure,but is lower in strength than common-use sinters and pellets. A highst gradeof 65% --66% concentrate is recommended for sintering since the extrafine su-per-grade tends to the reduction in productivity of sintering machine.
