摘要
我国股市问题频出 ,严重缺乏诚信 ,究其原因是“依法治市”、“以法制市”做得不到位。我们虽然不能就诚信等道德问题进行立法 ,但是 ,有效的法制加大了股市不法者的违法成本 ,使他们得不偿失。所以 ,法制可以强制规范股市 ,并使股市后来者引以为戒 ,自觉讲求诚信。也就是说 ,股市的诚信不会自发产生 ,没有规矩 ,是不会自成方圆的。这也是美国股市的发展给我们的启迪。
Securities frauds are too frequently and there is s hort of trustworthiness seriously in our stock market, the reason is the legal s ystem on regulating the market is not perfect or haven't been performed powerful ly.If we want to establish the trustworthiness of the stock market to protect in terests of small-and-medium investors, we must improve laws regulating first.
