A Further Understanding of the Nature of the Joint - stock Cooperative Economy

关于股份合作经济的性质,一直是学术界分歧较大的一个理论问题,并在一定程度上成为合作经济与股份经济发展的限制因素。笔者认为,尽管股份经济与合作经济是两种不同的经济组织形式,但两者又不是绝对孤立和互不相容的。因此,在股份经济与合作经济基础上产生的股份合作经济并不是独立的经济组织形式,而只是股份经济与合作经济的变异,是股份经济与合作经济相互融合的结果。

The nature of joint- stock cooperative economy has been always a theoretical problem on which there exists a great disagreement in the academic circles and which, in part, restricts the development of both joint - stock economy and cooperative economy. According to the author,though joint-stock economy and cooperative economy belong to different forms of economic organization,the two forms of economy are neither absolutely isolated nor uncompatible. Therefore, the joint-stock cooperative economy based on joint ?stock economy and cooperative economy is not an independent economic organization form,but just a kind of variation of jont-stock e-conomy and cooperative economy and also a result of the integration of joint - stock economy and cooperative economy.
