摘要
通过对滚子接触疲劳试验数据的分析,探讨了润滑剂的流变行为对疲劳点蚀的影响。提出了裂纹扩展机制。表面裂纹的萌生期取决于弹性流体动力润滑的膜厚比。裂纹扩展速率取决于润滑剂的流变行为。用施加外载荷的方法验证了裂纹萌生和扩展中的弹流效应和流变效应。
The effect of rheologic behaviour of lubricant on fatigue pit-tings was investigated by means of the data obtained from contact fatigue testusing rollers. The mechanism of crack propagation is thus suggested. It isrevealed that the initiation duration of surface fatigue cracks depends on thespecific film thickness which is calculated from EHL theory, and the prop-agating rate of cracks depends on the rheologic behaviour of the lubricantused. Both EHL and rheology effects in crack in itiation propagation processwere verified on load.
