摘要
采用Taylor 模型和 Van Houtte 算法模拟了 FCC 金属冷轧织构。模拟中以{111}<110>滑移为微观形变机制,并采用等面积分割形式表示理想无规初始条件。模拟结果与铜和铝的实测冷轧织构符合良好。
Textures of FCC metals in cold rolling were simulated with TaylorModel and Van Houtte Algorithm introduced in. In the simulation, the{111} <110>ip deformation was taken as a micromechanism in combination with takingadvantage of equal--area division to assign initial conditions expressing ideallythe random distribution. Simulating results of textures of cold--rolled copper/aluminum show satisfactory agreements with those measured.
