From the point of view that creative education must be based on the individualized education, this paper approaches the reasons why individuality should be emphasized in the education reform in order to facilitate the creative education. It is also pointed out clearly in the paper that the particularity of the medical education must be taken into serious consideration in cultivating the medical students' individuality and creativity.
